Introducing SAA’s 2025-26 Board of Directors

It was a full house!! Thanks to everyone who attended the Saskatchewan Arts Alliance’s AGM on September 25. Saskatchewan Youth Poet Laureate Tai Reign. opened the event with memorable works as part of the artist Intervention.

SAA is pleased to introduce its 2025/20236 Board of Directors.

Re-elected board members are Carla Harris, a disabled, mad queer enby writer, performer and interdisciplinary artist; Kayla Rourke, arts management professional, arts educator, and artist; Zoë Schneider, practising visual artist and the Visual Arts Program Manager at the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils Read more about them here!

Remaining on the board are Jennifer Dawn Bishop, Metis artist,  actor, playwright, and director; Krystal Glowatski, artist, entrepreneur, and owner of Olive’s Branch Art Studio; Josh Haugerud, freelance musician and arts advocate; Jeff Morton, media artist, curator, musician, Director and Curator of the Godfrey Dean Art Gallery; and Alejandro Romero, independent visual and interdisciplinary artist, curator and consultant in Arts and Culture.
