Later Life, Creative Life with Sylvia Chave

 

This is the eighth in a special series entitled “Later Life, Creative Life”, which explores what a creative life looks like in artists ages 60 and up.

From her formative years growing up as the daughter of Eastern European immigrants Sylvia Chave has been creating songs out of the seemingly routine day-to-day occurrences, except she is able to put a whimsical spin on things which is what makes her performances magical and captivating to audiences young and young at heart.  But behind all of those costume changes is a lot of hard work, perseverance, and bubble gump-tion.
